AWAG Advisory · For Founders Doing $500K–$2.5M

Stop being the bottleneck. Start building the machine.

AWAG installs the operating system, growth engine, and leadership layer your service business needs to scale without everything running through you. We build it in 90 days, then hand it to your team.
Who This Is For

For founder-led service businesses doing $500K–$2.5M.

Where the founder is still the decision-maker, salesperson, operator, manager, and emergency contact.
Be Honest With Yourself

AWAG Advisory isn't for everyone.

It's for the founder who's done being the everything person and ready to build something that runs without them.

Fit

  • You have real revenue, but too much still depends on you.
  • Your team needs clearer ownership, systems, and accountability.
  • Growth is creating more complexity instead of more freedom.
  • You're ready to install systems, not just talk about strategy.

Not A Fit

  • You want advice but don't want to change how the business operates.
  • You want motivation instead of implementation.
  • You're not ready to give your team real ownership.
  • You want a whiteboard plan instead of a working machine.
  • You're too early and still validating the business.
AWAG vs. Alternatives

You've probably already tried the advice version of this.

Coaching, EOS, masterminds, fractional operators, or marketing agencies. The problem isn't that those things are useless. The problem is you were still left holding the implementation.
Alternative What usually happens What AWAG does differently
Coaching / masterminds You get ideas, frameworks, and accountability, then have to implement them yourself. We install the operating system, dashboards, SOPs, and cadence with you.
EOS / operating frameworks You get meeting rhythms, scorecards, and language for accountability. We build the back-end OS, SOPs, dashboards, owners, and workflows that make accountability usable day to day.
Fractional COO Progress depends heavily on one person’s presence. We install infrastructure designed to survive personnel changes.
Marketing agency More leads hit a back-end that can’t handle them. We connect growth to operations, sales infrastructure, and leadership capacity.
Hiring more people More headcount creates more management load. We install roles, scorecards, ownership, and decision rights before adding complexity.
What Gets Installed

Ten things that live inside your business when we're done.

01

Notion Business OS

The central source of truth for projects, SOPs, KPIs, meetings, ownership, and recurring workflows, so the business stops running through Slack, memory, and founder intervention.

Founder ImpactYou stop being the only person who knows where everything lives.

02

SOP Library

The documented way your business actually works: sales, onboarding, delivery, admin, follow-up, and recurring tasks. The work your team needs to repeat without asking you every time.

Founder ImpactYour standards become visible, teachable, and repeatable.

03

KPI Dashboard

A live scoreboard for the numbers that matter: revenue, pipeline, margin, fulfillment, owner capacity, and team execution.

Founder ImpactYou get visibility without chasing updates.

04

Weekly Leadership Cadence

A meeting rhythm with owners, scorecards, open loops, and next actions, so decisions move without the founder dragging them forward.

Founder ImpactYour team starts operating from rhythm instead of reaction.

05

Sales Pipeline

A clear view of leads, opportunities, follow-up, and close probability, so revenue is less dependent on the founder remembering every conversation.

Founder ImpactSales becomes a system instead of a memory test.

06

Growth Engine

Content, outbound, landing pages, lead capture, and sales infrastructure connected to the business model, so growth runs on something real instead of chaos.

Founder ImpactLead flow connects to the operating reality of the business.

07

Role Scorecards

Clear ownership for every major function. Each person knows what they own, what numbers define success, and what decisions they're expected to make.

Founder ImpactYour team stops waiting for permission on every decision.

08

Operator Placement

When needed, AWAG helps source, train, or place operators who can run the installed system after the founder steps back.

Founder ImpactThe system gets an owner, not just a launch date.

09

Founder Decision Dashboard

A focused view of only the decisions that still need you, built to shrink that list every month.

Founder ImpactYou see exactly where the business still depends on you.

10

Accountability Structure

Decision rights, meeting rhythms, owners, metrics, and follow-up loops that make the system stick after the initial install.

Founder ImpactThe install becomes how the business runs, not a side project.

Personal Buy Box → Corporate Buy Box

We design the business around the life you actually want.

Most founders build the business first and try to fit their life around it later. AWAG starts with the Personal Buy Box, then we reverse-engineer the Corporate Buy Box required to support it.

Personal Buy Box

The life, income, hours, family presence, and optionality you actually want. Defined first, before anything else.

Corporate Buy Box

The business required to support that life. Reverse-engineered from the Personal Buy Box. The business serves the life.

What This Costs · What It Returns

What this costs. What it returns.

Advisory engagements are premium five-figure and application-based. The scope is set around your stage, constraints, and appetite for growth. We don't guarantee specific revenue outcomes. What we do guarantee is that when the engagement ends, the machine exists and has operators running it.

Questions

What founders ask before they book.

How is AWAG different from EOS?
EOS gives you meeting rhythms, scorecards, and a shared language for accountability. But EOS assumes you already have the operating back-end: documented workflows, a central OS, clear owners, and live dashboards. Most businesses in our range don't have that yet. AWAG builds the foundation first, then the rhythms run on something real.
How is AWAG different from a fractional COO?
A fractional COO is one person. When they leave, the knowledge leaves with them. AWAG installs infrastructure that doesn't depend on any single person. The system lives in the business and stays there.
Is this coaching?
No. Coaching hands you ideas and accountability, then leaves the implementation to you. We do the implementation with you — the OS, the dashboards, the SOPs, and the workflows inside your business, then train your team to run them.
Do I need everything organized before we start?
No. Most founders come to us with systems living in their head. The first 30 days are about diagnosing and documenting what's actually there. You don't need to clean up before we start. That's the work.
How long does the installation take?
The core install runs 90 days. We diagnose in the first 30, build in the next 30, and transfer ownership in the final 30. We stay in the room through the transfer.
What if my team resists the system?
Resistance usually comes from systems that add work without removing any. We build ownership and decision rights into the install, so the system gives your team clarity and authority instead of more tasks.
What size business is the best fit?
Founder-led service businesses doing $500K to $2.5M. That's the range where revenue is real enough to commit but the infrastructure isn't mature enough to run without the founder.
Do you guarantee revenue growth?
No, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. What we do guarantee is that when the engagement ends, the machine exists and has operators running it. The revenue follows the infrastructure.

The first call is a diagnosis.

We map where the founder is still the bottleneck, identify the missing operating infrastructure, and tell you honestly whether AWAG is the right partner to install the next layer.
